Had a delightful 3-night stay at Hotel Kutuma! The decor was beautifully designed with a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Our Superior Queen Room was spacious and equipped with a handy kitchenette for making quick meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect—close to shops and dining, making it easy to explore the city.
A bit challenging with no elevators.

missingWrote a review on Aug 16dim lighting
While the large room held plenty of potential, it felt quite cramped due to the bulky furniture crowding the space. The bathroom struggled with dim lighting, making it a challenge for a proper morning routine. As for the shared balcony, peering over to neighbors' decks was less than ideal, especially when random passersby decided to take a smoke break right outside your door. Furthermore, battling with a convoluted array of light switches and ineffective shower knobs added an unnecessary layer of frustration to the stay.

The interior design was stunning, reflecting a
unique African theme that really stood out. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the absence of an elevator made accessing my room on the fourth floor a workout.

Excellent stay with exceptional service
I recently stayed here for one night in a Junior Suite with One King Bed, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure all my needs were met, and the room was beautifully outfitted with a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was also fantastic, close to public transit and various attractions in Montreal. I would have appreciated a bit more direct information about the adjoining restaurant's hours, as I didn't get a chance to try the Ethiopian cuisine below.
